Summer breaks 56 years record in Rajasthan, mercury 45 degrees in Barmer; Learn the condition of other districts

According to meteorologists, there was so much heat in the month of April 56 years ago. Premature heat may have far -reaching effects. According to the report, this 56 -year record has been broken in Barmer district of Rajasthan. The temperature was recorded at 45.6 degrees during the last hours here. The Meteorological Department says that earlier in Barmer, the mercury was recorded at 45.8 in 1969. There are 22 cities of Rajasthan where there are heat -stagnant conditions in the first week of April.

Mercury crosses 45 in Jaisalmer too

Apart from Barmer, the temperature has been recorded around 45 degrees during the last 24 hours in Jaisalmer. Alam is that as soon as the day climbs, cities like Barmer, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Jodhpur and Kota of Rajasthan have started to heat up like furnace. At the same time, in cities like Alwar, Bharatpur, Jaipur and Ajmer, it is becoming difficult to leave the house in the afternoon. According to the Meteorological Department report, in the last 24 hours, mercury has been crossing 40 degrees Celsius in 22 cities of Rajasthan.

New western disturbance will provide some relief

According to Radheshyam Sharma, director of the Meteorological Department Rajasthan, this year the heat is going to break all the records. The increase in temperature and heatwave will be in the state till April 9. Heatwave conditions will be held in Bikaner, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota and Jaipur. There is a yellow alert of heatwave at some places in Jodhpur, Kota. A new western disturbance from April 10–11 is expected to be activated at some places in the western and northern parts of the state, light drizzle with thunderstorms and a 2–3 degree drop in temperature.
