Harshil Tomar saw the success of small entrepreneurs in Dharamshala. A former grocery shopkeeper is now running a business worth Rs 6 crore with a team of 2 people. This experience shows that career prospects are much greater than conventional thinking.
If a person has the passion to do something, dedication to work hard and desire to learn new things, then anyone can achieve success. Nowadays a similar post is going viral on social media. This post has been shared by Harshil Tomar, founder of ‘Dream Launch Studios’. In his post, Harshil has told how a trip to Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh changed his thinking about his career.
Harshil told about a person who earlier ran a general grocery store, but today he is running a business with an ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) of 7 lakh dollars (ie about Rs 6 crore) annually with a team of just two people. Harshil says that people growing up in cities have very limited information about career. They remain confined to only a few fields like technology, marketing, sales, human resources etc. But the people of Dharamshala made him realize that the world is much bigger than this.
Harshil met not only grocery shop owners but also many other people who have achieved success in business in completely different fields. One of these people is running a business that helps people in simplifying the visa process to go abroad.
Similarly, Harshil met another person who left his job in a multi-national company and created his own trading strategy. This person trades using an artificial intelligence assistant named ‘Claude’. He has also created a personal simulation engine for this. The special thing is that he does not sell this technology, but only uses it to improve his trading. Harshil wrote that the precision and clarity that this trader has is not found even in big company founders.

Harshil Tomar further said, ‘I have read about this type of special business before, but sitting face to face and talking to the people who are actually living these stories is a completely different experience.’ At the end of his post, Harshil writes that only when you live among such people, you come to know what you can do and how many possibilities there are.
