Pimpri-Chinchwad police of Pune city has busted a gang printing fake notes. Pune Police has arrested six people in this case. Fake notes were being printed on offset machines. The accused youth had made the fake Rs 500 notes exactly like the original ones. The total amount of fake Rs 500 notes was Rs 70,000. Police seized it during the raid.
Special paper ordered from China
Giving more information about this case, the police said that six youths were involved in the black business of printing notes. One of them is a young man with a diploma in IT. These youth had bought a new printing press. After this started printing business. There was a recession in business. His business did not start. After this, these youth ordered special paper from China to print fake notes online. They started printing fake notes of Rs 500 on paper imported from China. He also printed 70 thousand rupee notes. While selling them, Dehur Road police cracked down on them and the fake gang was busted.
