New Delhi: Sonu Sood, a well-respected actor and philanthropist, has been officially honoured with a certificate for being named the Brand Ambassador and Advisor for Thailand Tourism.
The actor is known for his constant humanitarian work, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. With his ever-growing reputation as a global goodwill ambassador, Sonu Sood has been honoured by Thailand’s Ministry of Tourism and Sports as an honourary tourism advisor.

Sonu Sood becomes Thailand’s brand ambassador and tourism advisor
For his work during the pandemic, Sonu Sood’s generosity earned him the title of the ‘nation’s hero’. Within the boundaries of his new role, Sonu Sood will be responsible for guiding and advising market and public relations strategies to promote Thailand as the top tourist destination for Indians. The actor also added that this trip made his first international trip with his family. Being honoured by the country with this responsibility in the presence of his family must’ve made the actor extremely proud.
