Bihar Board has declared the 10th result. A total of 82.91 percent students have passed matriculation. Shivankar Kumar of Purnia district has topped 10th and his mother works in sewing and embroidery. Shivankar has got a total of 489 marks in matriculation. Aditya Kumar of Samastipur has secured third position in matriculation. Ajit Kumar, a student of Makhudumpur block, has secured fourth rank. He has got 485 marks. His father is a farmer. Shivankar wants to become an officer in the army. His elder sister is also a topper in studies. This year, Shivankar’s elder sister had got 416 marks in Intermediate. The 10th examination was held from 15 to 23 February in more than 1500 centers across the state.

Farmer’s son made his name famous
Ajit Kumar, who got the fourth rank, comes from a poor family. His father Vinay Kumar is a small farmer and mother is a housewife. He studied in a government school in the village and made his parents proud by securing fourth rank in the state in class 10th.
The labourer’s son also did wonders
Adarsh Kumar, resident of Mau Bajitpur village of Samastipur district, has become the second topper by securing 488 marks in class 10th. His father Dalsingh works as a laborer in Delhi. Despite lack of facilities, Adarsh studied and achieved success.
Ashif wants to become a doctor
Mohammad Asif has secured 10th position in matriculation and got total 479. His father Mohammad Riyaz Uddin is a tuberculosis worker at District Tuberculosis Center Bettiah and mother Anjum Afrin is a housewife. Asif is at number one among brothers and sisters. His elder sister is in B.Sc final and the other sister Sazia Afrin had obtained 475 marks in 10th in 2021. He is a resident of Biharsharif of Nalanda district and he wants to become a doctor.
