On the occasion of this Diwali, Ajay Devgan’s ‘Singham Again’ and Kartik Aryan’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ were released. The franchises of both the films have done wonders, due to which there was a lot of excitement among the people about these films. Although ‘Singham Again’ had won in terms of earnings in the first week, but as the days progressed, the whole game changed. Now, on the 15th day of its release, ‘Singham Again’ is in bad shape.
On November 1, ‘Singham Again’ and ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ hit the theatres. ‘Singham Again’ made a splash on the opening day, but its earnings declined as the day progressed. Karthik Aryan’s film Bhool Bhulaiyaa, made on a low budget, has performed quite well. Both the films crossed the Rs 250 crore mark as soon as they entered the second week. In the first week, ‘Singham Again’ has collected Rs 173 crore and ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ has collected Rs 158.25 crore.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 beats Singham again
‘Singham Again’ overtook ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ in its second week. While the cop universe film ‘Singham Again’ was leading, it lagged behind ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ the very next week. ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ collected Rs 58 crore in the second week, while ‘Singham Again’ earned Rs 47.5 crore. Talking about the 15th day collection, according to the report of Sacknilk, ‘Singham Again’ has earned Rs 2.75 crore and ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ has earned Rs 4 crore.
Singham again in struggle for earning
There is a very interesting competition between both the films, but if we look at their budget, the budget of ‘Singham Again’ is twice that of Bhool Bhulaiyaa. ‘Singham Again’ has been made on a budget of Rs 300 crore and ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ has been made on a budget of Rs 150 crore. While Kartik Aryan’s film has already earned more than its budget in the first week, Ajay Devgan’s film is still struggling to reach its budget.
