Adhik Maas Shukra Pradosh Vrat 2026: In Sanatan Dharma, the fast of Pradosh is dedicated to the God of Gods, Mahadev. Pradosh Vrat is known after the name of the day on which this fast falls. Tomorrow is Shukra Pradosh fast. This is Pradosh fast on Trayodashi date of Krishna Paksha of Adhikamas. The glory of Pradosh Vrat has been described in detail in Shiva Purana. There is a religious belief that by observing Pradosh fast and worshiping during Pradosh period on this day, Lord Shiva is pleased.

Do not make these mistakes on the day of Shukra Pradosh fast
- On the day of Shukra Pradosh fast, forget about consuming garlic, onion, meat and alcohol. There is a religious belief that eating tamasic food on the day of Pradosh fast angers Mahadev and the fast gets broken.
- To worship Shiva on the day of Pradosh fast, do not sleep during Pradosh period. Because in this fast, the time of Pradosh Kaal is to worship Shiva.
- At the time of worshiping Shiva, do not offer basil leaves, vermillion and turmeric on Shivalinga. According to religious belief, this kind of mistake can cause many problems in life.
- Do not wear black colored clothes during the worship of Pradosh Vrat. You can wear white or pink colored clothes on the day of Shukra Pradosh fast.
- On the day of Pradosh Vrat, do not argue with anyone at home. Do not insult any woman or girl.
- On the day of Pradosh Vrat, do not harbor jealousy or bad thoughts towards anyone. Follow the rituals completely. If you don’t do this, blessings go away from the house.
Shukra Pradosh Vrat 2026 Date and Time
- According to the Panchang, Trayodashi Tithi of Krishna Paksha of Jyeshtha month is starting tomorrow i.e. on June 12 at 07:36 pm.
- At the same time, this date will end on June 13 at 04:07 pm.
Since Pradosh Kaal will be present in tomorrow’s date. Therefore, Shukra Pradosh fast will be observed tomorrow on Friday.
