Salman Khan Inspired Kala Hiran Film: Delhi High Court showed strictness on the teaser of the film ‘Kala Hiran’, which is said to be inspired by Salman Khan’s alleged black buck case. The court directed to remove links to the teaser and the producer’s interview.
The film ‘Black Deer – The Battle for Legacy’, which is said to be based on the alleged blackbuck hunting case involving Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, has once again been embroiled in controversy. In this matter, Delhi High Court has given a big decision and has directed to remove many online links of the teaser of the film. The court also made it clear that the reputation of any person cannot be harmed for the sake of publicity.
Delhi High Court ordered to remove the teaser
During the hearing held on Monday (July 27), Justice Jyoti Singh directed the filmmakers to remove several links from the teaser. According to media reports, the court also asked for deletion of the interviews given by producer Amit Jani. During the hearing, the court, while disagreeing with the manufacturer’s side, orally said that an order will be passed in this matter with strict observations and ‘all this should stop now.’

Court said reputation is most important
During the hearing, the High Court said that the reputation of the person whose name or identity is being used in the promotion of a film is very important and cannot be harmed. The court commented that “reputation once lost cannot be regained.”
Salman Khan had made allegations of violation of rights
In the petition filed on behalf of Salman Khan, it has been alleged that clear indications related to his identity have been given in the promotional material of the film. According to the petition, the teaser and poster depict a character wearing Salman Khan’s signature blue bracelet-like accessory, which directly creates an image of the actor in the audience’s mind.
Objection expressed on the poster also
Salman Khan also said in his petition that the lookalike shown in a poster of the film is seen carrying a gun, which presents a misleading picture of the events. The actor says this submission is contrary to the judicial record, especially when he has been acquitted in a case related to the Arms Act. He believes that this kind of portrayal can confuse people about the real facts.

Legal team appeared on behalf of Salman in the court
In this case, advocates Ravi Prakash, Nizam Pasha, Parag Khandahar, Chandrima Mitra, Krishnan Kumar, Tapan Radkar, Astu Khandelwal and Zara Dhanbhura presented their side in the court on behalf of Salman Khan. Talking about the work front, Salman Khan will soon be seen in the film ‘Mathrubhoomi – May War Rest in Peace’. According to reports, some scenes of the film are being re-shot. However, the makers have not yet announced its new release date. Chitrangada Singh is also playing an important role in this war drama film being directed by Apoorva Lakhia.
