A video of a TMC leader beating a young man and woman in public in Chopra, West Bengal has gone viral. Regarding this, Bharatiya Janata Party leader Amit Malviya has questioned Mamata Banerjee’s rule. However, TV9 Hindi has not confirmed the authenticity of the video. It is alleged that the young man and woman had extramarital relations. First the TMC leader is seen beating the woman with a stick and then he beat the young man too. Everyone was watching, but no one came forward to save him. The whole world is used to seeing such a scene in Afghanistan. But this scene has now been seen in Bengal. The young man and woman are being beaten in Talibani style in public.
The accused TMC leader is famous in the area by the name of JCB. JCB Chopra is a very influential Trinamool leader. His name is Tajemul. He is close to MLA Hamidur Rahman.
According to sources, being close to the MLA, he is the supreme authority of Laxmipur Gram Panchayat of Chopra Block of North Dinajpur district. No local resident wants to speak about him on camera. Everyone is scared. Even the local residents do not want to speak in front of the media, let alone the police administration, due to fear of him. According to police sources, many murder cases are registered against JCB.

JCB is accused of throwing a woman on the road and beating her in a Talibani style on the charges of having an extramarital affair. It is also seen in the viral video that while he was beating her with a stick, people around him kept standing and watching.
It has been revealed that someone secretly recorded the video on his mobile phone. Now due to fear, he has left the village and many people posted the video on social media. Allegedly, under pressure, everyone deleted that post.
Amit Malviya raised questions on law and order
BJP leader Amit Malviya tweeted that the man who is brutally beating the woman in the video is named Tajemul (popularly known as JCB in the area). He is famous for delivering quick justice through his ‘Insaaf’ Sabha and is a close associate of Chopra MLA Hamidur Rahman.
India must be aware of the reality of Sharia courts in TMC-run West Bengal. There is a Sandeshkhali in every village and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is a curse for women. There is no trace of law and order in Bengal. Will Mamata Banerjee take action against this monster or defend him like Sheikh Shahjahan?

But the crimes are suppressed. A son of Barasat married a girl of another religion. When he went to his in-laws’ house to meet his one-year-old son, he was burnt alive. The van driver took him to a nursing home. Now the case is going on in the High Court. Such incidents are happening.
