He got only Rs 76 for this song. But after ‘Kahe Tose Sajna’, Sharda Sinha did not sing any song in Bollywood films for 5 years.

In the initial days of her career, Sharda Sinha also sang many songs for Bhojpuri films. Sharda Sinha had gone to Mumbai to record a song for a Bhojpuri film. There he had to record a duet song with Suresh Wadkar. That was Sharda Sinha’s first duet song. When she was recording a song in the recording studio, a boy from Raj Kumar Barjatya’s office came to that studio and the boy told Sharda Sinha that Rajshree Production people had called him to meet her. Sharda Sinha then had no idea why she was being called in Rajshree Production.

Bollywood debut for 76 rupees

When Sharda Sinha came to know that Raj Kumar Barjatya’s father Tarachand Barjatya likes her song ‘Shraddhanjali’ very much, she was stunned. Tarachand Barjatya wanted Sharda Sinha to sing for Rajshree Production’s film. At that time Salman Khan’s film ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ was almost completed. Although at that time the name of this film was ‘Pyaar Ka Vardaan’. Sharda Sinha had told in an interview that when she got the offer from Rajshree Production, she was nervous. He did not know how to sing for Hindi films like this. He was also scared about the language. But still he did a sitting of the song. Where musicians Ram-Lakshman and Asad Bhopali were present on behalf of Rajshree. First of all, along with Bhagyashree, he was shown the scene in which this song was to be used and then Sharda Sinha sang this song and everyone liked it. According to the report of Dainik Bhaskar, he got only Rs 76 for this song. The budget of this Salman Khan film, which was released 35 years ago, was Rs 1 crore.

Sung second film song after five years

It was because of the film Rajshri that Sharda Sinha got a chance to sing her second Bollywood song. Impressed by her voice, the Barjatya family approached Sharda Sinha for the song ‘Babul’ from their film ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun’ released in 1994 and she too happily agreed to sing this song.

Gave his voice for the song of Gangs of Wasseypur 2

Directly 18 years after ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun’, the song ‘Taar Bijli Se Patle’ sung by Sharda Sinha for ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ became quite famous. For this song, ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ composer Sneha Khanwalkar herself went to Sharda Sinha’s house from Mumbai. When Sharda Sinha sang two lines of the song in front of him, Sneha offered him this song. Then two years later, she lent her voice to the song ‘Kaun Si Nagariya’ from Soha Ali Khan’s film Charfutiya Chhokare.

Showed his magic in Kaagaz and Maharani 2 also

Very few people know that Sharda Sinha has lent her voice for a song in Pankaj Tripathi’s film ‘Kaagaj’ released in the year 2021 and when she was offered this song, she was feeling very connected to this song. The lyrics of this song are, “Sarkar Widow Banawal Ki Pati Zinda Re Sakhiya”. This film is the story of a man who has been declared dead by the government and who is now struggling to prove himself alive.
