Shaheen is married to Shahid’s daughter and both have a father-in-law and son-in-law relationship. But Shahid is never afraid of criticizing Shaheen. This is not the first time that he has expressed his views regarding Shaheen’s captaincy. Earlier he had said that when Lahore Qalandars team was making Shaheen the captain, he had refused Shaheen to become the captain. Then he had said that Shaheen should stay away from captaincy for one or two years and concentrate on his game.
