The order will be applicable to all government, aided and private schools. The administration has clearly said that the safety of children is the top priority and any kind of negligence will not be tolerated.

Administration strict after weather department’s warning

The temperature in the capital Lucknow has been continuously increasing for the last several days. The maximum temperature of the city was recorded at 42 degrees Celsius on Thursday. There is silence on the roads in the afternoon and the effect of strong hot winds is clearly visible. The Meteorological Department had already issued a warning and advised people not to go out of the house in the afternoon, drink enough water and adopt measures to prevent heatstroke. Despite this, regular classes were continuing in some schools, due to which the concern of parents was increasing.
