Samantha Ruth Prabhu is gearing up for a crucial comeback with “Maa Inti Bangaram”, directed by Nandini Reddy and backed by Raj Nidimoru as the showrunner.
The recently released trailer showcased Samantha in a refreshing avatar. Playing a newly married woman, she is seen performing action sequences while draped in a saree, giving the family drama an intriguing twist. The trailer has generated positive buzz and heightened expectations among fans.
The film is currently aiming for a June 19 theatrical release. However, Samantha’s return will not be without competition.
Interestingly, veteran actor Vadde Naveen, who enjoyed considerable popularity in the 1990s, is also making his comeback with “Transfer Trimurthulu”, which is scheduled to release on the same day. Adding to the box-office contest is “Deewana”, starring Harshith Reddy, who was previously seen in Samantha-backed “Shubham”. A dubbed film titled “Balan” is also expected to join the June 19 lineup.
While these films may not pose a major threat to “Maa Inti Bangaram”, their presence could split audience attention and screen space. Nevertheless, Samantha remains the biggest attraction of the weekend, with fans eagerly waiting to see her return to Telugu cinema in a lead role after a long gap.
