A major accident took place during a Naxal operation in Kanker district of Chhattisgarh. On Saturday, while deactivating the IED, there was a massive explosion in which four DRG soldiers were martyred. In this series, a wreath laying ceremony was organized at Narayanpur Police Line in Chhattisgarh to pay tribute to four DRG jawans who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty. Senior police officers, security force personnel and local administrative officials were present on the occasion and paid tribute to the brave martyrs. A feeling of mourning and respect was visible in the entire atmosphere.
