According to Pinkvilla, Saif Ali Khan and Kiara Advani have been roped in to headline Kanika Dhillon’s upcoming directorial venture. The project is currently being developed by Dhillon and the writing team, with Excel Entertainment backing the film.
As per the report, Saif and Kiara are on board for the intense supernatural thriller and even the script is being developed keeping both the actors in mind. It also added that Kanika, Excel Entertainment and the writing team have been working on the story for a considerable period. The makers are now believed to be working towards taking the project on floors later this year. While the storyline remains tightly guarded, the combination of Saif and Kiara is expected to bring an interesting dynamic to the film.

The upcoming project will mark Kanika Dhillon’s first outing as a director. Her writing credits include films such as Manmarziyaan, Kedarnath, Judgementall Hai Kya, Haseen Dillruba, Raksha Bandhan and Dunki. With her directorial debut, Dhillon will now step behind the camera to bring one of her own stories to life. The makers are currently said to be in the final stages of developing the script.
