Parth Samthaan has been making some significant decisions about his personal life, and one particular remark has now left fans curious. The Seher Hone Ko Hai actor recently opened up about his decision to invest in a new home and reflected on reaching a stage where certain responsibilities become important. While his comments were primarily about finding a place of his own and planning for the future, his mention of marriage stood out to fans. Parth Samthaan recently opened up about buying his new house in Pune and explained why the decision felt important at this stage of his life. While discussing his plans for the future, the Seher Hone Ko Hai actor told Telly Masala about reaching a point where people have to make major decisions and take on greater responsibilities.

He said, “It happens, right? It is your parents’ home, but it doesn’t really feel like it’s yours. And you reach a stage in life where you have to make big decisions, such as marriage, a home and responsibility.” Parth further explained that he had reached that stage and felt buying a home was important for his future.

Apart from his Pune property,   also revealed that he has purchased another house in Mumbai and is expected to receive possession next month. He credited his mother for encouraging him to make the investment, revealing that it was surprisingly her decision and that she had pushed him to go ahead with it.

While Parth’s comments were largely about home ownership and planning for his future, his mention of marriage immediately caught fans’ attention. The actor did not, however, confirm that he is planning to tie the knot or share any wedding plans. Following the interview, several fans began speculating that Parth’s remarks could be a subtle hint about his personal life.

Parth Samthaan also shared a glimpse of his new Pune home on Instagram, calling it a dream come true. In his post, the actor credited his mother for motivating him and described the new house as an Independence Day gift. He also gave fans a tour of the property through the video.

Parth Samthaan has built a diverse career across television, films and the digital space. He is currently headlining Seher Hone Ko Hai alongside Bhavika Sharma, who stepped into the role after Rishita Kothari’s exit from the Colors TV show.

The actor became a household name with his portrayal of Manik in Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan, a role that established him as one of television’s popular young stars. Over the years, he went on to feature in shows such as Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, CID 2, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Savdhaan India and Gumrah: End Of Innocence. He also explored the digital space with projects including Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain 2 and Main Hero Boll Raha Hu. Taking his career beyond television  made his Hindi film debut in 2024 with Hamare Baarah. He subsequently shared screen space with Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon in Ghudchadhi.
