24th April i.e. Sachin Tendulkar’s birthday. This is a birthday which is celebrated not only by Sachin Tendulkar and his family, but also by millions of cricket fans across the country. When Sachin cuts the cake with his family or team, many of his crazy fans also cut the cake and feed it to each other. But apart from all this, Sachin’s son Arjun Tendulkar himself is not eating cake on his father’s birthday and he himself told the reason for this.
These days, Arjun Tendulkar, busy in IPL 2026, could not be present with his family for Sachin’s birthday this time. This time Arjun Tendulkar is a part of Lucknow Super Giants and hence he is currently with his team. But through a video, Lucknow congratulated the Master Blaster on his birthday and his own son Arjun did this on behalf of the team. In this video he wished his father on his birthday.
But the most special thing in this video caught everyone’s attention and it was a small cake, which Arjun refused to eat. Wishing Sachin a happy birthday, Arjun said, “I am not going to eat this (cake) because I do not eat much sweets. I will meet you soon.” This video of LSG is being liked a lot by the fans and they too are wishing Sachin a happy birthday from their side.
As far as Arjun is concerned, this left-arm fast bowling all-rounder has not got a chance in a single match so far this season. Till last season, he was a part of Mumbai Indians but this time he was bought by Lucknow in the auction at the base price of Rs 30 lakh. However, he is still waiting for his first chance. Considering the strong fast bowling of Lucknow, it is unlikely that Arjun will get a chance to show his talent on the field this season.
