Saba Pataudi has shared glimpses of her niece Inaaya Naumi Kemmu’s ninth birthday celebrations, offering a peek into the intimate family gathering attended by several members of the Pataudi family, including Saif Ali Khan and veteran actress Sharmila Tagore.
Saba took to social media on Tuesday to share a series of candid pictures from the celebration, which featured Inaaya, her mother Soha Ali Khan, uncle Saif, grandmother Sharmila Tagore, and cousins Taimur and Jeh, along with other family members.
The birthday celebration was organised around a bright pink theme, with a backdrop bearing Inaaya’s name and decorations inspired by a disco and dance-party setting. One of the pictures showed Inaaya posing with her birthday cake as her family gathered around her. Another offered a closer look at Sharmila Tagore, who was seen wearing a sticker on her cheek.
Sharing the photographs, Saba wrote, “Innijaan Moments of fun, laughter, joy and happiness! Our girl turns 9. MashAllah. Love u my Munchkin. You’ll always be my baby. And your cousins too!;) The aunt thats mother to all of u! Missed you @kareenakapoorkhan”
Kareena Kapoor Khan was not seen in the pictures from the gathering. She reportedly missed the celebration, possibly due to her work commitments and the shoot of an upcoming chat show.
However, Kareena made sure to wish her niece on social media. She shared a series of adorable pictures featuring Inaaya with her cousins Taimur and Jehangir, along with their grandmother Sharmila Tagore.
Wishing Inaaya on her special day, Kareena wrote, “Happy birthday Innaya, you beautiful princess We love you… Have the best day and the coolest dance party ever today.”
Inaaya is the daughter of actor Soha Ali Khan and actor-filmmaker Kunal Kemmu.
