Construction of Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Namo Bharat Corridor near the Maharani Bagh Interchange on Barapula flyover is going on. Barapula Road has been closed due to this construction work. This flyover will be closed from 12 noon to 5 am till 24 April.

Why closed

This route has been closed from 12 noon to 5 am, during this time there will be movement of machinery and resources related to construction. This can cause traffic hindrance. In such a situation, keeping in mind the safety and convenient journey of passengers, the traffic police has appealed to adopt an alternative route. The period between the time from 12 am to 5 am has been selected so that the corridor can also be prepared and traffic on the root should not be interrupted in any way. Alternative routes are also stated for night movement.

Which route to use

ITO, NH-24 and NH-9, Sarai Kale Khan and DND to Maharani Bagh, Sundial and Siddharth Extension can use Lala Lajapar Rai Marg and passengers going to AIIMS. At the same time, passengers going from AIIMS, INA and Lodhi Road to Akshardham, Greater Noida and DND can use Ring Road and Lala Lajpar Rai Marg.

Passengers have been advised that passengers going towards ISBT Sarai Kale Khan, DND, AIIMS should leave the house with enough time.
