This is no longer football, and there have to be limits. People who behave like this should never be allowed to enter a stadium again,” he wrote in a comment on an Instagram post which showed the footage of the incident.

Neves and Jota’s Close Relationship

Neves and Jota shared a close relationship, featuring in Portugal youth teams before sharing the changing room for Wolverhampton Wanderers in England. Neves was also a pallbearer at Jota’s funeral and inherited his number 21 Portugal shirt last year.
