Road accident in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, five dead

Aligarh, 21 November (HS). A truck and a double-decker bus collided on the Yamuna Expressway in Tappal police station area of ​​Aligarh district in Uttar Pradesh late on Wednesday night. Five people died and 15 were injured in the accident. Taking cognizance of the incident, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached the spot and gave directions to the officials for action.

According to the police, the double decker bus of Krishna Travels of Pratapgarh was going from Delhi to Azamgarh. The bus collided with a truck bus on Yamuna Expressway in Tappal police station area. Those who lost their lives in the accident included a woman, three men and a child. These include those identified as Parul (25), her five-month-old son Aaroh, Hasmukh Saroj of Pratapgarh and two unidentified people. Police sent the bodies for post-mortem and admitted the injured to the hospital for treatment.

Taking cognizance of the road accident in Aligarh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed condolences to the bereaved families of the deceased. The Chief Minister has instructed the district administration officials to immediately take the injured to the hospital and provide them proper treatment.
