When Dawood’s invitation suddenly came to Dubai
Rishi Kapoor told that in the year 1988 he had gone to Dubai for a musical event. As soon as he landed at the airport, an unknown person came to him and handed him a phone. Dawood Ibrahim was on the other side of the phone, who invited the actor for tea. Rishi Kapoor was surprised at this strange invitation, but he agreed to meet. According to him, he was taken to an unknown place in a luxury car. During this time the path was deliberately not shown clearly to them. This meeting lasted for several hours, in which there was a general conversation between the two.
Rishi Kapoor wrote that Dawood behaved like a good host and said that if he ever needed anything, he was ready to help. At that time the actor did not find this meeting very strange, because till then Dawood’s name was not associated with terrorism and Mumbai blasts.

Rishi Kapoor’s second meeting with Dawood happened by chance. In the year 1989, he was shopping in Dubai with his wife Neetu Kapoor. Then suddenly he met Dawood at a shoe shop. According to the book, David immediately recognized him and welcomed him warmly. There was a brief conversation between the two. Rishi Kapoor wrote that Dawood offered to buy anything for him, which he politely declined.
