3. Changthang Wildlife Sanctuary (Ladakh) This area is near the China border and is famous for the Snow Leopard and Tibetan Wild Donkey (Kiang). There is no entry of common people in its core zone. Tourists can go only up to the buffer zone.
4. Military Area of Gurudongmar Lake (Sikkim) Gurudongmar Lake is open for tourists, but some military areas around it are restricted. Due to border security, there are strict rules on making photos and videos here. Special permits are required to visit some areas.
