Ayurveda expert Kiran Gupta of Jaipur tells that one should drink the juice of rosewood leaves. Where there is problem of itching, a paste of multani or clay should be applied on that part of the skin. If you want, you can also add turmeric, camphor and neem leaves to it. This Ayurvedic remedy will relieve itching and will also prevent allergies from increasing. He told that if you eat too much fried food then it increases the acid in the body due to which itching or allergy is certain.

This skin problem becomes more troublesome in summer, hence consume plenty of water. Dr. Gupta says that to keep the body hydrated in summer, eat things like cucumber, watermelon. If you want, you can also drink rose sherbet thandai because it helps in protecting the skin from allergies. It gives coolness from inside.

Recipe of coconut and camphor- Dr. Gupta says that before sleeping at night, apply coconut oil with camphor on the feet and back. These things are easily available in the kitchen and they are also easy to apply. If you want, you can also apply aloe vera gel by mixing it with coconut oil. Ayurveda experts say that if the problem of itching persists for several months, then get your liver and kidneys checked. Apart from this, tests related to thyroid are also necessary. Because whether it is mud paste or any other Ayurvedic remedy, if there is an internal problem then the effect of the remedies is also less.
