Actor Arslan Goni has opened up about an emotional meeting with his girlfriend Sussanne Khan during his stint on the reality show The Alliance, revealing how a few simple words from her stayed with him.
Sussanne’s visit brought an emotional moment
Speaking exclusively to IANS, Arslan recalled Sussanne’s visit to The Alliance house, where she came to meet him and offer her support during his time on the show. Among the moments they shared, one brief exchange stood out for the actor.
When asked about something Sussanne said that affected him deeply, Arslan said she simply told him, “I miss you.”
The actor admitted that the statement touched him because he had been missing her as well. He said the two shared a hug afterward, making the meeting particularly comforting during his time away from his usual surroundings.
Arslan did not expect Sussanne to miss him so much
Reflecting on the exchange, Arslan explained that he had not anticipated hearing those words from Sussanne. Her admission made him realise how much she had also been feeling his absence.
“I was not expecting that she would miss me so much,” Arslan said while recalling the conversation. Hearing it directly from her, he added, made him feel genuinely happy.
The moment appeared to offer the actor an emotional break from the pressures and demands of participating in a reality show, where contestants spend an extended period away from their regular personal lives.
Sussanne saw the same Arslan inside the show
Arslan was also asked whether Sussanne thought his personality inside The Alliance was noticeably different from the person she knows outside the show.
The actor rejected the suggestion, saying that Sussanne had never told him that she felt he was a different person on the reality show. His response indicated that she did not draw any such distinction between his on-screen presence and his personality in everyday life.
Arslan and Sussanne have been together for years
