Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Redmi K80 series smartphones this month in China. Following this, the brand could announce another Redmi phone, dubbed the Turbo 4 in its home market.

Redmi Turbo 4 Launch Timeline Tipped
According to the tipster Smart Pikachu, the Redmi Turbo 4 will be arriving in December, featuring a 1.5K resolution display. Redmi introduced its first Turbo model (Redmi Turbo 3) back in April, which was a rebranded Xiaomi CIVI 14 (Review) in India. Given that, we can expect the upcoming Turbo 4 could arrive with the CIVI 15 moniker in the country.
On the other hand, the Redmi Turbo 4 is rumoured to come under the POCO F7 name in the global market. Since all are speculations, it’s better to take it with a pinch of salt.
Redmi Turbo 4: What to Expect?
In addition to the display, the Redmi Turbo 4 is expected to come with a plastic frame. The phone is also said to pack a massive battery; however, the size of the battery is still unknown at this moment. To recall, the precursor packs a 5,000mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support.
Under the hood, the Redmi Turbo 3 is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. It remains to be seen If the upcoming Turbo 4 gets the same processor or a different one. Moreover, the Turbo 3 has a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultrawide lens, and a 20MP selfie camera. The phone also features a 6.67-inch 1.5K (2712 x1220 pixels) AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 2,400 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate.
