Recipe of the Day: Make Paal Payasam on weekend, it will taste very good, this is the method

necessary ingredients:

  • 2 liters full fat milk
  • 2 spoons ghee
  • 100 grams cashew nuts 100
  • Gram Almond 200
  • gram soaked rice
  • 250 grams jaggery
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 2 teaspoons green cardamom
  • 2 pinches saffron

 

 

You can prepare it like this:

– First of all, soak the rice in water for half an hour.

– Now heat ghee in the pan and cook the rice lightly.

– After some time, add milk to it and boil it.

– When the mixture starts looking like kheer, add jaggery to it.

– Once the jaggery dissolves, add green cardamom and saffron to it and cook.

– Now fry the dry fruits in ghee.

– Add dry fruits to the mixture and let it cook for two minutes.

– In this way your South Indian dish Paal Payasam is ready.

– Garnish it with dry fruits and enjoy it.
