Rava-Puna Cutlet

500 gms Ravo and Paua (equal quantity)
– 200 gms mashed boiled potatoes
-1/2 tsp ginger-chilli paste
-1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves

Soak rava and pauna separately. Drain the water from rava and pauna. Add salt, potato masala, ginger chilli paste and mash everything well. – Shape the mixture into small cutlets and deep fry them on a pan. Serve these hot cutlets with tomato sauce.
