Taliban Minister Hibatullah Akhundzada had issued a decree on December 2 announcing a ban on medical training of women in Afghanistan.
Rashid Khan raised his voice against the decision
Both Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi responded to that decision of Taliban on 4 December. Both the well-known cricketers of the country have raised their voice against that decision. Rashid Khan said that education is a strong pillar in Islam. He is the main pillar and also the right of everyone. Neither men nor women can be deprived of it.

Rashid got full support from Nabi in ‘fight’
Rashid Khan also got the full support of Mohammad Nabi in raising his voice against the Taliban decree. On his X handle, he described the decision of the Taliban government as hurtful. He said that girls or women cannot be stopped from getting education. Education has also been given importance in Islam. In such a situation, the decision of the Taliban government is sad.
