At the same time, the girl got married in the month of February in a village of Revatipur police station area and after the marriage, her husband suspected that she was pregnant and sent the girl to her maternal home. Two days ago, the girl gave birth to a daughter and after that she filed a case against the 55-year-old man who raped her, accusing him of forcibly raping her several times while working. Not only this, he has also filed a case against the accused’s son and another villager for threatening them.
The girl, resident of a village in Karanda police station area of Ghazipur district, used to work as a cook at the house of a person from the same village due to poor financial condition of her family. Meanwhile, the owner of the house, Murahu Yadav, coaxed the girl and then started doing immoral acts with her by threatening her. Due to which the girl became pregnant. Meanwhile, in the month of February, the girl’s father married her to a young man living in a village of Revatipur police station area.

After marriage, the girl’s husband suspected that she was pregnant, after which he called his father-in-law and other people and then sent her back to her maternal home. After this, the girl was living in her maternal home and on June 9, the girl gave birth to a daughter, then the matter came to light. After this, the girl accused Murahu Yadav of continuously raping her by luring and threatening her. A case has been filed against Murahu Yadav for impregnating the child and then raising the child after her birth. Murahu Yadav’s son and another villager have also been named in the case, accusing them of intimidation and threatening to kill.
Case registered against the accused
The wife of accused Marahu Yadav died 3 years ago. He also has two sons and a daughter and all of them are married and all earn money by living outside. In such a situation, he took advantage of being alone at home and did such a thing with the girl. After receiving the complaint in this matter, the police have registered a case and started taking further action.
