Ranbir Kapoor Becomes a New Resident of Ayodhya, Completes Land Registration Near Saryu River

The construction of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya has sparked a rush for land purchases in the area. In this context, actor Ranbir Kapoor has acquired a plot of land. Sub-Registrar Assistant Sangeeta Upadhyay shared details during a conversation.

She revealed that the actor purchased a 198.26 square meter plot near the Saryu River through a developer. “The registration was successfully completed yesterday, on May 14, in the Majha Tiwra area of Ayodhya,” she stated.

The actor made a total payment of 2.4 crore rupees for the land. Notably, Ranbir did not attend the registration in person; instead, a representative handled the transaction through the developer. This marks his first land acquisition, and the registration has been finalized.

When asked about other film stars investing in the area, Upadhyay mentioned, “Besides Ranbir Kapoor, two other actors have also invested in this region.” However, she did not disclose their names, leaving room for speculation about their identities.

It is worth noting that this land will serve as a legacy for Ranbir’s family. He has invested in the House of Abhinandan Lodha’s project, which spans 75 acres along the Saryu River. This landmark development features over 35 luxury lifestyle amenities, a large clubhouse, and the fully vegetarian luxury hotel ‘The Leela’ spread over 5 acres.

Ranbir Kapoor is set to portray Lord Ram in the upcoming epic ‘Ramayana,’ directed by Nitesh Tiwari. He will be joined by actress Sai Pallavi as Sita, while South cinema superstar Yash will play Ravana. Sunny Deol will take on the role of Hanuman, a devotee of Lord Ram, and Ravi Dubey will portray Lakshman, Ram’s brother.
