There has been a big twist in the case of donation theft in Ayodhya Ram temple. Faizabad Bar Association has decided that no lawyer will represent the accused arrested in this case. If anyone breaks this rule, a heavy fine of Rs 5 lakh will be imposed on him.
Lucknow: The case of theft of donations in Ayodhya Ram temple has now become a topic of discussion in the entire country. Various types of things are happening on social media regarding this incident. Some people are enjoying this while the faith of many people has been deeply hurt.
Meanwhile, a big problem has arisen for the accused of theft. Now it seems that perhaps Shri Ram will have to come to save them. This is because Faizabad Bar Association has decided in a meeting that none of their members will fight the case of the accused in this case. Not only this, the association has made it clear that if any lawyer goes against this decision and stands on behalf of the accused in the court, then a fine of Rs 5 lakh will be imposed on him. After this decision, no local lawyer is ready to take this case.
Demand to throw the accused out of the city?
Now the accused have no option left but to call lawyers from other cities. In the Bar Association meeting, the lawyers have also demanded that Champat Rai, Anil Mishra and Gopal Rao associated with the temple management should leave Ayodhya. The lawyers have warned that if these three do not leave the city within three days, the entire Ayodhya city will be cordoned off and no one will be allowed inside.
A similar decision was taken in 2005 also
This is not the first time that Ayodhya lawyers have taken such a tough stance. Earlier in 2005, when the accused of the terrorist attack on the Ram Janmabhoomi complex were produced in the Faizabad court, the Faizabad Bar Association had taken a similar decision and no one had contested their case.
A lawyer said, “The theft of temple offerings has hurt the sentiments of all of us. Faizabad lawyers have agreed not to fight the case of the arrested accused. This decision has been taken in the president and general body meeting of the bar association. Further strategy will be made after this.”
On Sunday, Faizabad Bar Association President Kalika Mishra had said that the final decision in this regard will be taken in the general body meeting to be held on Monday. Recalling the incident of 2005, he said that at that time also it was decided not to fight the case of the accused of the terrorist attack on the Ram Janmabhoomi complex.
