The reason? The Bollywood star surprised everyone by delivering an impressive speech in Telugu. Speaking about the film’s central message and her personal journey as an actor, Janhvi expressed gratitude for the love she has received from Telugu audiences. Now several have been praising her dedication to learn the language while promoting director Buchi Babu Sana’s directorial venture.
Janhvi Kapoor Wins Hearts With Telugu Speech At Peddi Pre-Release Event
Addressing the audience in Telugu, Janhvi Kapoor won over the crowd from the very beginning, with the opening lines of her speech – Andariki Namaskaram receiving thunderous applause. She went on to thank fans for the love and support they have extended to the film and its team.. She expressed confidence that audiences would continue to shower the same affection after watching Peddi.

The actress who plays Achiyamma in the film, also spoke about Peddi’s theme, saying that it encourages people to discover their identity and purpose in life. Then she spoke about her her own journey, saying that she had found her purpose in entertaining audiences through cinema. She said “The purpose of my life is to entertain you, perform and work in films.” She also said that she felt connected to the people and culture of the South.

Janhvi’s Ode To Mother Sridevi
Adding a nostalgic touch to the evening, anchor Suma Kanakala asked Janhvi to recite the iconic Manava Manava dialogue from Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari, a film that starred her mother Sridevi alongside Chiranjeevi. Janhvi obliged and delivered the dialogue in her own style, winning applause from the audience and reminded fans of the enduring legacy of Sridevi and Chiranjeevi’s on-screen pairing.

Recently in an interview with Times Group Editor-in-Chief Navika Kumar Jahnvi Kapoor spoke about her mother’s fame and popularity.
