The politics of Rajgarh Lok Sabha seat is very special in many respects, here the influence of party politics is less but the influence of the forts present in the area is more visible. Apart from these, Raja Bhanu Prakash Singh of Narsinghgarh has won from here as an independent candidate. Whatever may be the politics of this area, the beauty of this place is worth seeing.
There are two main rivers in this area, one is Newaj River and the other is Kali Sindh River. Work is being done on the plan to build dams on both these rivers. Most of the agricultural land here is dependent on these rivers for irrigation. If we talk about scenic and religious places in Rajgarh, there are many famous places where thousands of devotees visit. Narsinghgarh city situated in Lok Sabha is famous as the city of lakes. The ancient fort here is still singing the story of the bravery of the kings.
There is also a temple of Topila Mahadev in this area which is a center of special faith for the local people. Through this, irrigation water will be delivered to as many farmers as possible by laying high pressure pipes. Mohanpura Dam is also being built on Newaj River.
