In the first phase, pre non -interlocking will be done from 12 to 26 April and non -interlocking work from 27 April to 3 May. During this, on May 3, Railway Protection Commissioner Karse Inspector will approve tax. Because from April 12, more than 100 trains are going to be canceled due to construction work at Gorakhpur Junction. Passengers traveling by train may have to face difficulties due to cancellation of trains. Pankaj Kumar Singh, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Eastern Railway, said that after the work of yard remodeling, maximum number of trains will be operated.

Remodling of Gorakhpur Junction has started to improve the operation of Northeast Railway trains. With which the North Eastern Railway has taken the largest mega block, in which the work of pre non -interlocking has been started. 500 workers have been employed for this task so that this work can be done fast. After 26 April, the work of non -interlocking will start, which will run till May 3. On May 3, after inspection of the Railway Conservation Commissioner, it will be approved. Third line is being laid

A third line is being laid from Dominarh station in Gorakhpur to Gorakhpur Junction from Gorakhpur Cantt station. It will have non -interlocking.
