Haridwar, Champawat and Almora got new gift

The Chief Minister has sanctioned Rs 4.67 crore for laying the pipeline in Bhupatwala area of ​​Haridwar. Approval of Rs 1 crore has been given for various schemes of the Urban Development Department in Champawat Assembly constituency. Apart from this, Rs 27.02 lakh has been sanctioned for the construction of Dharamshala, road widening and beautification works in Kalseen Devta Temple located in Gram Panchayat Surun of Kanalichhina development block of Almora district. At the same time, Rs 25 lakh has been sanctioned for the beautification of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Park and pond in village Darau of Kichha assembly constituency.

Pantnagar University and Gangolihat Power Project promoted

The Chief Minister has approved the release of Rs 75 crore as the first installment out of the total sanctioned amount of Rs 150 crore for Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar. Besides, approval has been given to release Rs 5 crore out of the sanctioned Rs 9.43 crore for the power sub-station construction project at Pankhu in Gangolihat assembly constituency of Pithoragarh district.

Drinking water and traffic improvement works approved in Dehradun

Rs 2.81 crore has been sanctioned for providing STP treated water for gardening in Rashtrapati Ashiana under North Branch of Dehradun. Rs 4.24 crore has been sanctioned for the Upper Saundhwali River Valley Drinking Water Scheme of Mussoorie Assembly Constituency. Apart from this, approval of Rs 33.45 crore has been given for improving the traffic system in Dehradun city area, modernization of major intersections and road safety improvement works.

Provision of crores of rupees for disaster relief and rehabilitation

The Chief Minister has sanctioned Rs 3.81 crore for the rehabilitation and displacement of a total of 78 affected families from various tehsils of Pithoragarh district. These include families from Dharchula, Munsiyari, Tejam, Bangapani, Pithoragarh, Berinag, Kanalichhina and Didihat areas. Apart from this, Rs 20 crore has been sanctioned for the pending liabilities of previous years and Rs 10 crore for the future demands, to pay for the cases of human death, animal, crop and house damage caused by wildlife. Thus, a total of Rs 30 crore will be released from the State Disaster Response Fund. At the same time, approval of Rs 75 crore has also been given for the World Bank assisted U-Prepare project of the Disaster Management Department.

Rs 6.02 crore has been sanctioned for the construction of 6 km long hotmix road at village Jogidher Nagla in Khatima assembly constituency of Udhamsinghnagar district. Rs 3.45 crore has been sanctioned for the construction of motorway from the main road to Khakra Crocodile Trail. Apart from this, approval of Rs 1 crore has been given for the construction of residential buildings in Khatima Civil Court complex.

The Chief Minister has sanctioned Rs 1.36 crore for the existing conference hall, waiting lounge and other construction works of Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority at the helipad complex at Sahastradhara. Financial sanction of Rs 1.28 crore has been provided for the installation and installation work of CCTV cameras in Haridwar District Court.

Large amount approved under NABARD for drinking water schemes

Rs 19.68 lakh has been sanctioned for the work of laying interlocking tiles in Semagad village of Maa Purnagiri Dham. Apart from this, approval has been given to include the works of installation of LED street lights in Maa Hatkalika Temple Marg and various wards in Gangolihat Municipality area of ​​Pithoragarh district in the Chief Minister’s announcement.

Balta motor road will be named after martyr Bhupal Singh
