The case is of Kuthund, the primary health center of Jalaun. It is being told that Dr. Suresh Chandra, posted here about 15 days ago, was walking in the campus. During this time, when he saw a 4 -year -old child suffering from a cold, he started talking to him. Explaining how to cure colds to the child, he took out a cigarette from the pocket and asked him to drink. The doctor burnt a cigarette by burning a lighter himself. Since the child was unable to pull cigarette smoke, the doctor himself showed a puff.
