Offerings to Goddesses: In Sanatan Dharma, worship has been given a lot of importance. The methods and rules of worship have been explained in the scriptures. It is advised to follow all the methods and rules while performing puja. So that God becomes pleased. The rituals of worship include offering food to God.

In the puja, the first thing that is done is to invoke the Gods and Goddesses. Then he is worshiped according to the rituals and rules. During this time, offerings are made to the Gods and Goddesses. Let us know which gods and goddesses like which food?

Lord Shiva: Panchamrit is considered to be the favorite offering of Lord Shiva. Offering Panchamrit made of milk, curd, honey, sugar and ghee on Shivalinga is considered very auspicious. Revdi, chironji and sugar candy can also be offered to Lord Shiva. By offering jaggery, gram and chironji in Sawan, Lord Shiva becomes pleased and fulfills all the wishes.

Lord Vishnu: Kheer mixed with kheer, semolina pudding, raisins, finely chopped almonds, coconut shavings, cashew nuts, pistachios, charoli, ground makhana, cardamom and saffron can be offered to Lord Vishnu. Make sure to add basil leaves in the offering. Because God does not accept any offering without basil leaves.

Mother Lakshmi: Offer white and yellow colored sweets and saffron rice to Goddess Lakshmi. It is believed that by offering these things, Mother Goddess is pleased and wealth comes to the house.

Lord Ganesha: Ganesh ji is very fond of offering modak or laddu. While worshiping Lord Ganesha, offer Motichoor laddus made from pure ghee. Laddus made of coconut, sesame and semolina can also be offered to God.

Hanuman: Hanuman ji has many favorite pleasures. Like- halwa, punch dry fruits, laddus made of jaggery, betel leaves with stalk, boondi and saffron rice. By offering these things, Bajrangbali becomes happy immediately.

Lord Shri Ram: Food made of saffron rice, kheer and coriander should be offered to Lord Shri Ram. Kalakand, Barfi, Gulab Jamun are also dear to God as offerings.

Mother Durga: Kheer, banana, malpua, halwa, coconut and sweets should be offered to Goddess Durga. Black gram and halwa should be offered during Navratri.

Sri Krishna: Lord Krishna loves butter and sugar candy as offering. Kheer, halwa and mawa-mishri laddus are very much liked as bhog, these things should be offered to God.
