In Bhojpur district of Bihar, mother and newborn died due to alleged negligence of hospitals and traffic jam. Due to the negligence of the hospital, the woman had to give birth to the child in a moving auto. After which both the newborn and the mother could not reach the hospital due to road jam, due to which both of them died. There was traffic jam in many areas of the city due to BPSC exam. A woman and a child also got trapped in the same jam due to which they could not be treated and both of them died.
The incident took place near Nawada area of Arrah where Rakesh Kumar’s 20 year old wife Sunaina Devi and her newborn son died. Sunaina Devi was going to have her first child. Brother-in-law Rajesh Bind told that on Saturday morning she started having severe labor pain. After which the woman was taken to the primary health center. After seeing the doctors, they referred him for better treatment. After this he was taken to a private hospital, where the doctors referred him. Apart from these hospitals, two more hospitals referred the woman.

Many hospitals referred
The family kept wandering from one hospital to another with the woman throughout the day. Due to road blockage, he had to face a lot of problems in going from one hospital to another. Due to road jam, his sister-in-law gave birth to a child in a moving auto near Chandwa turn. After giving birth, the woman’s health deteriorated significantly. Finally, in a state of despair, he was being brought to Ara Sadar Hospital for treatment, but due to traffic jam in the city, there was a lot of delay in reaching Sadar Hospital. Due to this both of them died on the way.
Family members made allegations
The family members have alleged that the doctors killed both of them by running away. He said that the woman and the newborn died due to doctors sending them from one hospital to another and road blockage.
It is being told that the deceased woman was married in the year 2021. There was an atmosphere of happiness in the family regarding the birth of the child, but after the death of both, the atmosphere of happiness in the family soon turned into mourning.
