Jan Suraj Party founder Prashant Kishore on Friday claimed that the upcoming assembly elections in Bihar will prove to be the political shraddh of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Prashant Kishore made this statement at the Bihar Parivartan rally held at Gandhi Maidan. He said that the people of the state have been disappointed by Nitish Kumar, Lalu Yadav and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
However, Prashant Kishore was unhappy with the low attendance of the people and barely decided to address the rally for 10 minutes. He accused the administration of stopping at least two lakh people from entering Patna from other parts of the state.
Police administration held responsible
Former election strategist Prashant Kishore alleged that the administration worked at the behest of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He blamed the police administration for not reaching the Gandhi Maidan despite waiting for the whole day in his rally. Kishore claimed that the administration did not allow millions of people to enter Patna. He said that thousands of vehicles were stuck in the outskirts of Patna, they kept folding their hands and feet throughout the day.
Chairs for rally are empty

Jan Suraj Party’s stature increased due to performance
Prashant Kishore also recalled his participation in the protests conducted by the candidates of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) examination earlier this year. The demonstration had increased the stature of the Jan Suraj Party, although the party could not leave any impact in the by -elections of five assembly constituencies in the state a few months ago.
Conspiracy to stop talking to supporters
Last year, Prashant Kishore, who established the party after a statewide padyatra on Gandhi Jayanti, said that I was detained by the police on this public ground. I then announced that I would return to Gandhi Maidan. Today the administration conspired to stop me from talking to its supporters. But, within 10 days from now, I will start the journey and meet my people at their door.

Meanwhile, JDU MLC and spokesperson Neeraj Kumar claimed that Prashant Kishore’s rally was a flop show.
