Eating them with tea is a different thing. Onion, potato and spinach pakodas are eaten with great enthusiasm along with coriander-mint green chutney. It is advisable to eat light and easily digestible foods during the rainy season. If you want, you can prepare healthy poha tikki and eat it. For this, apart from Poha, you will need potatoes, onions, green chillies, salt, red chillies and many other spices. First of all, soak the poha a little and mix boiled potatoes and other things in it. Now give it the shape of tikki. Fry it shallowly on the pan, because deep frying will result in unhealthy food. Eat it with coriander and mint chutney.

To make potato tikki, there is a hassle of boiling it first. Instead of this, you can grate the potatoes and prepare tasty tikkis or pakoras from its flakes. Mix chilli flakes, red chilli, green chilli (finely chopped), celery and gram flour in grated potato flakes. Give it a tikki shape and shallow fry it. The taste of potato pakoda or tikki with Lachha is excellent.

Crispy Corn

The craving to eat crunchy and spicy things increases during the rainy season. If you want to eat something tasty as a snack in this season, then you should prepare crispy corn and eat it. First of all boil the corn and then mix all the spices in it. Make sure to coat it with rice flour. Put it in hot oil and fry it. Your crispy corn is ready. To prepare Crispy Corn Chaat, finely chop onion, garlic and tomato and mix it.
