Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on Varanasi tour on 28-29 April. He will address a conference of 50 thousand women and inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of 163 projects worth Rs 6322 crore. He will also flag off two Amrit Bharat Express trains.
Varanasi. A big conference of maternal powers will be organized in Shiva’s city Kashi on Tuesday (April 28). Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming on a two-day visit to his parliamentary constituency Varanasi. During this, he will address the ‘Jan-Aakrosh Mahila Sammelan’. Around 50 thousand women are likely to participate in this program organized by BJP at Bareka Ground.
The entire event will be led by women
The special thing about this conference is that its entire responsibility will be in the hands of women. Women will play an active role at every level, from organizing to management and security. Even women policemen will be deployed in security arrangements. Important issues like women’s respect, security, self-reliance and equal opportunities will be discussed in the conference.
Gift of 163 development schemes worth Rs 6,322 crore
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of 163 development projects worth Rs 6,322 crore in Varanasi. These include inauguration of 50 schemes worth Rs 1054.69 crore and laying of foundation stone of 113 schemes worth Rs 5277.39 crore. These projects will give new impetus to the development of Purvanchal and strengthen the basic facilities.
Green signal to two new Amrit Bharat Express trains
PM Modi will also flag off two new Amrit Bharat Express trains during this visit. These include Banaras-Pune (Hadapsar) and Ayodhya-Mumbai (Lokmanya Tilak Terminus) routes. This will provide better and faster connectivity to passengers.
PM Modi’s complete schedule and arrival time
The Prime Minister will reach Varanasi’s Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport in the afternoon on 28 April. From there, Bareka will reach the public meeting venue at around 5 pm via helicopter. Governor Anandiben Patel, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brijesh Pathak will be present to welcome him. On April 29 at 8:30 am, PM Modi will go to Kashi Vishwanath Temple from BLW for darshan and worship. Apart from this, he can also hold meetings with public representatives and party officials.
Preparation for grand welcome in Kashi
There is tremendous enthusiasm in Kashi to welcome the Prime Minister. BJP workers will welcome with drums, flower showers and chants of ‘Har-Har Mahadev’ at five places including Banaras Railway Station, Police Line, Lahurabir, Maidagin and Vishwanath Temple.
Development of Purvanchal will gain momentum
Development work is happening rapidly in Purvanchal under the leadership of Modi-Yogi government. The new projects will strengthen infrastructure in both rural and urban areas. Improvement in facilities like roads, flyovers, hospitals, education, water supply, sewerage, sanitation and electricity will directly benefit the people.
