News9 Global Summit Germany Edition: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Germany edition of TV9 Group’s News 9 Global Summit. During this, the Prime Minister invited German companies to invest in India.
The Prime Minister said that at present more than 1800 German companies are working in India and they have invested 15 billion dollars in the last years. PM Modi also asked these companies to increase their investment in India.
Germany is India’s main partner
Prime Minister Modi said that today the world wants to have a development partnership with India, in which Germany is one of the important partners of India. The Prime Minister also told the German companies to come to India because this is the right time.

Trade will increase with Germany
The Prime Minister said in his address that there is bilateral trade worth 34 billion dollars between India and Germany. Expressing confidence, the Prime Minister said that this trade will increase further in the coming days, because today India is the fastest large growing economy in the world. Therefore, every country in the world wants to partner with India for development.
New chapter of Indo-German partnership
Prime Minister Modi said that 25 years of Indo-German Strategic Partnership organized in Delhi in 2024 has been completed, this year has been historic for this partnership. After 12 years, Asia Pacific Conference of the German Business was organized in Delhi. In which Germany released the Focus of India document. Also released Skills Labor Strategy for India.
Cooperation in manufacturing and technology
The Prime Minister said that there are possibilities for strong cooperation between Germany and India in the fields of manufacturing, engineering and electronic manufacturing. He said, “We want to cooperate with Germany in building a prosperous future for the world.”
