Union Minister Piyush Goyal inaugurated an IB and CBSE school in Borivali, Mumbai. He praised senior BJP leader Ganesh Khankar and said that he has dedicated his entire life to the service of the area.
Mumbai (Maharashtra) [भारत]July 12 (ANI): Union Minister Piyush Goyal on Sunday inaugurated an International Baccalaureate (IB) and Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) school at the Institution Auditorium in Mumbai’s Borivali West and praised senior BJP leader Ganesh Khankar for his contribution in the sector. Goyal said Khankar has dedicated his life to serving the people and working for the development of the region.
“Today is a very happy day for all of us. Ganesh Khankar ji, a senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader from North Mumbai, who is the foundation of the BJP, has dedicated his entire life to ensuring a bright future for our region and our people,” Goyal told reporters.
Congratulating Khankar and party workers on the inauguration of the school, Goyal expressed confidence that the institution will serve the people of the area and contribute to the education and development of the coming generations. He said, “On the auspicious occasion of the inauguration, I would like to congratulate Ganesh ji, his family and all the party workers of the region. I am confident that this institute will become a center that will contribute to the bright future of the children and serve the people of the region.”
Praising BJP corporator Manisha Choudhary, Goyal said the party’s municipal councilor will continue to work for the development of the area. He said, “The way Manisha Tai has served the people in this area for years and years, now, as Manisha Tai’s ‘Hanuman’, all our municipal councilors will work together day and night to make this area bright and excellent.”
Piyush Goyal held review meeting with NPC
Earlier on Friday, Goyal chaired a review meeting with officials of the National Productivity Council, aimed at improving inter-departmental cooperation, strengthening institutional capacities and adopting best practices to enhance productivity and service delivery. The meeting, which was attended by officials from the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade and the Department of Commerce, also reviewed initiatives aimed at creating a more integrated, efficient and future-ready administrative structure.
