Following this, he decided to get hospitalised and underwent a surgical procedure after medical examinations and an MRI scan. Hours after the statement left fans and supporters concerned, actor-politician Nagendra Babu shared that he was recovering well. For now, Kalyan has taken a few days off from his official duties.

In a statement, they said, “Janasena Party Chief, Hon’ble Deputy CM Sri Pawan Kalyan underwent surgery on Saturday evening. While discussing administrative matters with his officials on Friday morning, he experienced severe discomfort. He has been facing health-related issues for the past few months. Following the advice of his personal physicians, he cancelled Friday’s official engagements and visited the hospital.”
The party added that doctors carried out several tests, including an MRI scan. After studying the reports, the medical team concluded that surgery was required and performed the procedure.
Doctors have now advised him to take rest for a week before resuming work. “However, they have also indicated that long-term precautions will be necessary, and that full recovery may take a longer period,” the party added.
