President Draupadi Murmu awarded Padma Bhushan to former Jharkhand Chief Minister Shibu Soren (posthumously). His wife Rupi Soren received the honour. Actor R Madhavan was awarded Padma Shri by President Draupadi Murmu. Former Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma was awarded Padma Shri by President Draupadi Murmu. Singer Alka Yagnik was awarded Padma Bhushan by President Draupadi Murmu.
