OnePlus is all set to unveil its next-gen flagship OnePlus 13 on October 31. The company has been gradually revealing the specifications of the upcoming flagship smartphone.
The latest info has now confirmed the battery size, charging capabilities, and a few other details of the OnePlus 13, just ahead of the official announcement. Let’s dive into the details.
OnePlus 13 Battery, Charging Capabilities, and More Details Out
The Weibo posts shared by OnePlus confirm the next-gen flagship will pack a massive 6,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. The OnePlus 13’s 100W SuperVOOC charging capability can juice up the phone from 0% to 100% in just 36 minutes.
The phone will support the 100W UFCS (Universal Fast Charging Standard) protocol, enabling fast charging with third-party charging adapters. It will also integrate the SUPERVOOC S power management chip.
Moreover, the handset is confirmed to feature an alert slider on its left edge and will ship with an IR blaster, a multi-functional NFC, and a USB 3.2 Gen USB-C port.
OnePlus 13 Features and Design
The OnePlus 13 will have an identical design to its predecessor with minor changes, including a flat frame, and a Hasselblad H logo at the back. The device will be available in at least three colour options with a triple camera setup.
At the front, the OnePlus 13 will come equipped with a BOE-made OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2K resolution, and the latest Corning Gorilla Glass. The handset will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
While the OnePlus 13 will continue with the Hasselblad-branded triple rear camera system, it will get a distinct Hasselblad colour texture across all lenses and focal lengths.
For imaging, the phone will have a 50MP LYT-808 main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP LYT-600 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, replacing the 64MP OV64B 3X periscope telephoto lens featured on the OnePlus 12 (Review). The OnePlus 13 is also likely to ship with Android 15-based ColorOS 15 in China and OxygenOS 15 in other markets. In terms of pricing, the smartphone is tipped to be priced at 4699 Yuan (approximately Rs 55,589).
