Recently, a documentary has been made by Netflix on the life of Nayanthara, who is known as South’s female superstar. Before the release of this documentary, it got embroiled in controversy, due to which a spat started between Nayanthara and South Star Dhanush. Amidst all this, for the first time both the stars came across each other in a function, where both were seen ignoring each other, this video is going viral on social media.
A dispute broke out between Dhanush and Nayanthara over a scene in ‘Nayanthara: Beyond Fairy Tale’. After all these controversies, both of them attended the wedding of star producer Akash Bhaskaran. Despite being seated side by side at the wedding function, both were seen averting their eyes from each other. A video of the wedding is going viral on social media, in which both are seen sitting near each other, in the video Dhanush is seen watching the wedding and Nayanthara is seen talking.

What is the dispute between the two stars?
The dispute between Dhanush and Nayanthara started when Nayanthara asked for permission to use the visuals of Dhanush’s film ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’ for her documentary. But Dhanush refused this. However, a 3-second visual of ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’ and the song from the film were used in Nayanthara’s documentary. After this, Dhanush issued a legal notice against the actress. Along with this, Dhanush also demanded Rs 10 crore.

Nayanthara has also responded to Dhanush’s legal notice, in which she has criticized the actor’s behaviour. ‘Nayanthara: Beyond Fairy Tale’ was released on Netflix on 18 November. This documentary includes Nagarjuna, Taapsee Pannu, Rana Daggubati and many of his friends. In this, many unheard stories of Nayanthara’s personal life have been told. Along with this, clips of Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s wedding have also been shown.
