Chief Minister’s public trust campaign will start in Madhya Pradesh from August 7. Dr. Mohan Yadav, ministers and officials will reach out to the public every Friday to resolve complaints and review schemes.
Madhya Pradesh government is going to take a big step towards strengthening direct communication between the administration and the general public. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has announced that ‘Mukhyamantri Jan-Vishvas Abhiyan-2026’ will start from August 7. This campaign will run till January 8, 2027, in which the Chief Minister, Ministers, Chief Secretary, senior officials and public representatives will make regular field visits to listen to the problems of the people and review their solutions.
There will be field visit every Friday, there will be direct communication with the public
Under the campaign, special field trips will be conducted across the state every Friday. On this day, instead of normal administrative meetings, the entire time of the officers will be devoted to public communication, resolution of complaints and review of ground implementation of government schemes.
The District Collector will decide the tour area in advance and will inform the local public representatives about it. The Chief Minister and ministers will also visit various districts as per the schedule.

Pending complaints and schemes will be reviewed
Before the field visit, cases pending under Chief Minister Helpline, Public Hearing and Public Service Guarantee Act will be reviewed. Efforts will be made to resolve maximum complaints on the spot.
During the campaign, many schemes including Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, Ayushman Card, Samagra ID e-KYC, Kisan Farmer ID, Public Distribution System, health services, education institutions and Anganwadi services will also be reviewed.
Focus will be on industry, law and order and government institutions
Along with Jan Samvad, Industry Samvad will also be organized, where the problems of entrepreneurs associated with MSME, cottage and large industries will be heard. Apart from this, inspection of roads, ponds, government buildings, police stations, ITIs, medical colleges, agricultural markets and other public assets will also be done.
The government says that this campaign will be based on the four pillars of dialogue, solution, sensitivity and simplicity. Its objective is not only to settle complaints but also to make the administration more accountable, transparent and people-centric.
