Badshah took Diljit’s side
Badshah, while supporting Diljit in Sahitya Aaj Tak, said that while people across the country have easy access to liquor, artistes face controversy when they sing songs on this issue. The rapper said, “You’re telling them not to sing or make songs about alcohol, but then you’re selling alcohol everywhere. Why shouldn’t they be made?” Along with this he told that he has always taken inspiration from Diljit.

This matter increased further when Diljit Dosanjh went to do a show in Ahmedabad after Hyderabad. During this, Singer targeted the Telangana government and said that it is a matter of happiness that I did not get any notice this time. He also put a condition before the government, in which he asked to ban the sale of liquor. The singer said that if all the states across the country become dry, then from the very next day I will not make any song on alcohol.
